Surgery in dentistry brings together several disciplines such as implantology, tooth extraction requiring surgery, extraction of certain wisdom teeth from their position in the jaw, removal of a cyst, amputation of a tooth root (apicectomy), etc.

The treatments requiring oral surgery are all performed under local anesthesia, the same type of anesthesia practiced during caries care or other conventional dental treatment, and in an aseptic environment.

The surgical procedures of our dentists are carried out in the least invasive manner possible in order to promote optimal healing and the least amount of post-operative inflammation (swelling, pain, heat, etc.).
